SPAMMING SANCTIONS
For the purposes of this policy, each report of spam is considered an offense.
ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION will notify Independent Representatives/registered attendee of any complaint regarding their email practices or any alleged violation of the above policies. Within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, Independent Representatives/registered attendee must respond to ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION and provide any information requested including, but not limited to, the time, date, relationship to the recipient and content of email in question.
If the Independent Representative/registered attendee fails to provide information that demonstrates that the Independent Representative/registered attendee did not send SPAM email or otherwise violate the above policies, ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION will impose the following sanctions:
First Offense:
The Independent Representative/registered attendee will be assessed a fee of $200/hour for time spent by ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION researching the complaint. If the spamming activities result in any damage, fines, fees or cause any of the ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION websites, domains, servers or activities to be interrupted from normal operation for any length of time, the Independent Representative/registered attendee will be held liable for damages and loss of business, the amount of which to be determined on a case by case basis. If in ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION's sole opinion the first offense is severe, we reserve the right to terminate the IR position.
Second Offense:
The Independent Representative/registered attendee's position will be permanently terminated and all Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CABs), commissions and payouts of any kind will be permanently forfeited.
Ignorance of this policy will not be an acceptable excuse for violation and sanctions will still apply. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
SPAM COMPLAINTS
We apologize in advance if you believe you have been spammed by one of our ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION Independent Representatives/registered attendees. Please send your complaint along with the original message to Support@AndBeFree.com so that we can deal with the issue immediately. FALSE SPAM COMPLAINTS ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION support the efforts of various organizations working to correctly eliminate spam activities. However, if an individual has opted to receive email from an Independent Representative of ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION and then said person, company or organization falsely or maliciously files a spam complaint against ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION or its Independent Representative, ALL KNIGHT ALLIANCE, INC., TIMICI TRAINING and ANGEL ACHIEVERS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION will cooperate fully with the appropriate agencies in the investigation of the incident.
